MTHR is on the move! We are delighted to announce that we will be hosting two MTHR Collective retreats this year:

This page is dedicated to the Yokayo Ranch location, and below you’ll find information about the different accommodation types, pricing, travel logistics, speakers (announcements coming soon!), and a sample schedule.

In order to accommodate as many attendees as this property allows, single occupancy rooms will be extremely limited this year, so we encourage you to bring some mama friends or opt to be paired with another solo traveler. We are so excited to meet you, mama!

  • FOUNDER, AUTHOR, HOST, PRODUCER

Ellen Marie Bennett is the founder and Chief Brand Officer of @hedleyandbennett, a trailblazing kitchen essentials company. A multi-hyphenate, Ellen balances her roles as a business owner, chef, TV personality, home renovator, wife and mother of two. Half Mexican, half English, a passion for cooking led Ellen to Mexico City for culinary school at age 18. She returned to LA to cook professionally in some of the city’s best kitchens, including the two-Michelin-starred restaurant Providence, where she realized there was ample room for improvement in the standard kitchen workwear. Starting with only $300, Hedley & Bennett launched with a single apron, reimagining the kitchen staple with professional-grade quality that was also stylish. Now, the multimillion-dollar company has grown beyond its beloved apron collection to revamp even more kitchen essentials with pro-grade knives, kitchen linens, and more. In addition to being an acclaimed author from her memoir Dream First, Details Later, Ellen’s debut home-design show, Kitchen Glow Up, premiered in May 2024 and returns for its second season in 2025.

sound bath

This year, we’re thrilled to welcome back Dana from Methods & Rituals, who will be guiding us through a new and deeply restorative sound bath:

Cellular Renewal Sound Bath:

A frequency-based ritual for skin regeneration and nervous system restoration. This immersive sound experience is designed with one intention: to support the body’s natural ability to repair and renew the skin at a cellular level.

Throughout the session, every element of the environment has been thoughtfully curated to support skin health. Crystal singing bowls tuned to 528 Hz — often referred to as the “DNA repair frequency”, will guide us into a deeply restorative state where the nervous system can shift from stress into repair. In this relaxed state, the body is better able to support circulation, lymphatic flow, and the regenerative processes that contribute to resilient, radiant skin.

This is more than a sound bath. It is a sensory ritual designed to nurture the body’s largest organ — the skin — from the inside out.

Rituals for Radiant Aging Workshop With Dana Waldie

Join Dana Waldie, founder of Methods & Rituals, holistic esthetician for an immersive skincare ritual experience designed to support women through the evolving changes of skin and wellness as we age.

Featuring OSMOSIS Beauty, this workshop focuses on the unique shifts that occur in the skin during perimenopause and beyond — including dryness, inflammation, sensitivity, hormonal breakouts, pigmentation, collagen loss, and changes in skin resilience. Even for women who may not yet be experiencing perimenopause, this class explores the powerful connection between aging, stress, hormones, and skin health, along with the key active ingredients that help support healthy, radiant skin long-term.

Guests will learn how ingredients like retinal, peptides, antioxidants, and barrier-supportive actives work to strengthen, protect, and renew the skin while being guided through a restorative facial ritual experience rooted in mindfulness and nervous system support.

Blending advanced holistic skincare with intentional self-care practices, this experience invites women to slow down, reconnect with themselves, and approach aging through the lens of nourishment, resilience, and ritual.
