sound bath

This year, we’re thrilled to welcome back Dana from Methods & Rituals, who will be guiding us through a deeply restorative sound bath. Using immersive tones and vibrations, Dana creates a meditative experience designed to calm the mind, reset the nervous system, and invite full-body relaxation.

And new this year, you’ll have the chance to experience the sound bath while floating!

spa night

Unwind and rejuvenate with an evening dedicated to facial release and renewal, led by Dana of Methods & Rituals. In this unique workshop, Dana will guide us through the art of buccal massage, a deeply therapeutic technique that works from the inside out to relieve jaw tension, stimulate circulation, and restore a natural glow.

This hands-on spa night is equal parts ritual and relaxation, offering a rare opportunity to care for often-overlooked muscles of the face while dropping into deep rest.

We’re bringing Pilates to Rancho Moonrise this Fall — and not just any Pilates.

We’re beyond thrilled to welcome Rachel Welch, women’s health expert and founder of Revolution Motherhood. With 20+ years of experience (and features in Oprah Daily, Shape, and The Cut), Rachel has helped hundreds of women heal, strengthen, and thrive through every chapter of life — from postpartum recovery to menopause and beyond.

Her method blends Pilates, yoga, foam rolling, and strength training into a science-backed practice that leaves you feeling stronger, more connected, and truly at home in your body.

Pilates by Revolution Motherhood

Get creative with light and nature in this hands-on candle workshop. Attendees can choose to paint their own candles with beautiful designs or try their hand at decorating with dried, pressed botanicals. Whether you lean toward bold brushstrokes or delicate floral details, you’ll leave with a one-of-a-kind piece that’s both functional and artful, a little glow to take home and remember the weekend by.

The Mental Shifts In Motherhood During Perimenopause

Join us for a candid and compassionate discussion led by The Process Wellness Collective founder, Sahar Martinez, Psy.D, LMFT, PMH-C, as we explore the emotional and psychological transitions women experience during menopause. This workshop will go beyond the physical changes, shining a light on the deeper layers of identity, mental health, and the evolving roles that come with motherhood in midlife.

Sahar will guide us through the complex intersection of shifting hormones, changing family dynamics, and the often-overlooked emotional weight of this season. Together, we’ll unpack how these changes can affect mood, relationships, and self-understanding, while also identifying tools and strategies to navigate this chapter with strength, clarity, and confidence.
